Hard to know how to spell this Dadism as it's more of a sound than a word. It's basically an abbreviation of "thank you", curiously appended with a p. Used to thank someone for a small favour.

Been a while since we’ve had one of these! I occasionally think of one, but then realize it’s already been done. “Cupe” (as I would write it) is a good one and usually pronounced in a clipped, military way Can’t say it’s a phrase that’s been sustained in me, but clear memories
